Naturopathic Consultations

  • Not sure if naturopathy is right for you? This complimentary 15-minute discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explore your health concerns, goals, and whether my approach is the right fit for you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on next steps, no commitment required.

  • Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, one-on-one, 90-minute session focused on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals in depth. From there, I’ll begin creating a personalized, naturopathic plan to support your body’s natural healing process.

    During your consultation, I will request recent blood tests (<2 months) to gain insight into how your body is functioning at a biological level. To make the most of your initial appointment, I recommend arranging these tests with your GP beforehand. Once you book, you'll receive a preparation email with a specific list of recommended blood tests to request.

  • This 45-minute follow-up consultation is designed to support your ongoing health journey. We’ll review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms or lifestyle, and go over functional testing or pathology results. Your treatment plan will be thoughtfully adjusted as needed to ensure it continues to align with your goals and evolving needs.

  • Already a client and have a quick question? This focused, 25-minute session is for existing patients to address single health concerns, acute symptoms, or treatment adjustments. Perfect for supplement tweaks, progress check-ins, or when you need timely support between appointments.

    Includes personalized recommendations and email summary.

Private Health Insurance Coverage

Great news! Naturopathy has been reinstated for private health insurance rebates as of July 2025. This is a significant change after naturopathy was excluded from coverage in 2019.

What this means for you:

  • Health insurers can now choose to offer rebates for naturopathy consultations.

  • Processes are being finalized and are expected to be ready in 2026.

  • Coverage will vary between insurers and policies.

  • Both in-person and telehealth consultations may be eligible (insurer-dependent).

As a registered NHAA and ARONAH practitioner, I meet the professional requirements to provide rebates once your insurer has implemented their system.

Booking Policy

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Booking methods: Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at livingwell.clinicalnaturopathy@gmail.com or +61 401 668 261.

Booking confirmation: All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by Living Well Naturopathy. Response times may vary, however aim to be as follows:

  • Online bookings: Confirmed within 24 hours

  • Email enquiries: Responded to within 1-2 business days

  • Phone: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (voicemail checked daily), text message responses within 24 hours.

Payment: Payment for all consultation types booked online through the website are due at the time of booking. Bookings made via email or other means of contact with the clinic or practitioner directly are also liable for payment at the time of booking. A link to your invoice will be sent to your email for payment. Please note, payment is required for appointment confirmation.

NEW PATIENT INFORMATION

New Patient Forms: New patients are required to complete and submit the ‘New Patient Intake’ form a minimum of 24 hours prior to first appointment. This is emailed to you upon booking confirmation.

Health History: Providing accurate health history information is essential for effective naturopathic care. Please ensure all provided information is up-to-date and accurate.

Pathology and Clinical Findings Communication: A request for any recent or significant blood tests, MRI/CT/ultrasound/X-Ray reports or specialist letters will be sent in your booking confirmation email. Within this email there will be a link to create a patient portal through SimpleClinic, here you can upload any relevant documents. Otherwise, please send these as attachments to livingwell.clinicalnaturopathy@gmail.com.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please log in 10 minutes early (initial consultations) or 5 minutes early (follow-ups) to test your connection and ensure we start on time.

Late Arrival: Arriving late to your appointment may result in reduced consultation time to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings. We will do our best to accommodate your full session if time permits, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that 100% of the consultation fee is charged regardless of actual session duration.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this booking policy. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients and available on our website.
