What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy (nuh-TROP-uh-thee) is the original, holistic system of medicine that works with your body's innate ability to heal. Rather than simply managing symptoms, it investigates why they're occurring and addresses the root causes.

How is it different from conventional medicine?

While conventional medicine often focuses on symptom suppression, naturopathy takes on a whole-person approach. We examine your complete health picture - including hormones, digestion, stress response, nutrition, sleep, and environmental factors - to understand exactly why symptoms are occurring.

What does typical treatment involve?

We draw upon evidence-based natural therapies - personalized herbal prescriptions, targeted nutritional protocols, advanced functional testing, and practical lifestyle strategies - to identify and address the root causes driving your symptoms.

We play the long game - investing in real solutions, not temporary fixes.

Second step: Pharmaceutical Palliation, with antibiotics, antidepressants, anti-hypertensives, hormones, NSAIDS, and PPI's. Third step: Use Natural Substances to Alleviate, such as herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, bioidentical hormones, topical botanicals, and aromatherapy. Fourth step: Correct Physical and Structural Alignment, with chiropractor, massage, physiotherapist, osteopath, kinesiologist, and acupuncture. Fifth step: Identify, Support and Restore Damaged or Weakened Systems, including probiotics, digestive enzymes, adaptogenic herbs, medicinal mushrooms, dietary protocols, and more. Sixth step: Stimulate Natural Self-Healing Mechanisms, including breathwork, meditation, nature immersion, sauna therapy, red light therapy, and dry brushing. Seventh step: Remove Obstacles to Health and Establish Foundations for Optimal Health, such as adequate sleep, whole foods, stress management, toxin reduction, sunlight exposure, and regular exercise.
